Includes in pretty much any programming or template language a pretty straight forward, so there is not much to talk about here. But I just want to show you how you can use includes that come with Blade to create a pretty nice SVG system for your site, and how to make your partials be dynamic.

In [previous episode](http://watch-learn.com/video-tutorials/creating-rentacar-app-with-vue-and-october-connecting-filtering-by-location) we filtered our vehicles by location - on the frontend of our October and Vue.js app. And in this episode I'm just quickly going to show you how to do the same thing but using your backend.

Now, I'm doing this just so that I can show you that this kind of thing is possible and that there are cases where this method would actually be preferred. For example, if instead of getting just few records from your API, like we do, we would get thousands of records form the API. In that case it would be much better if our API would handle the filtering.

In this episode we are again going to filter our vehicles by location, but this time using October CMS and some Laravel methods.

Filtering On API

For this we are first going to have to modify our select component so that it would emit selected value to the parent component. And then we will create an action in our Vuex store, that action will filter our vehicles by location. And then we will also change our Vehicle List component a bit so that we can see filtered results on the frontend.

In this episode we are going to leverage the data we created in the last episode, to filter our vehicles by location using Vue.

Now we are going to create a pivot table which is going to be reference point between our locations and vehicles. As you will see this is super easy using Octobers Builder plugin. Once this is connected in our backend, we will just need to use some simple Laravel PHP code to display those locations in our vehicle API.

In this episode we are going to connect our locations and our vehicles using October CMS and some Laravels PHP code and relations API .

I'm going to show you how to setup this project by firstly installing October CMS in subdirectory. After that we are going to update October and install Builder plugin. We are going to use Builder to create our API plugin. And then we are going to create our first endpoint using PHP.

In this first episode of Creating Rent-a-Car we are going to setup October CMS side of things.

Many episodes ago we created a frontend form that would [add actors to our database](watch-learn.com/video-tutorials/making-websites-october-cms-part-26-uploading-images-frontend). In this episode we are going to Ajaxify that form and upload our image with Ajax. 

You will see that is nothing special. So I'm also going to show you how to create image previews on that form so that the user gets nice feedback of what's going on.

In this episode I'm going to show you how to upload images from the October CMS frontend with Ajax and also show image previews.

A lot of you have asked me to create a tutorial where we do Ajax frontend upload. We will do that in the next episode, because before we do that we have to update October CMS to the build 420. Now, this update is going to use newest version of Laravel framework - version 5.5.

The problem with that is that Laravel 5.5 requires you to have PHP 7 installed, which I believe you don't all have on your dev machines - just like me. So in this video I'm going to show you how to use Laravel Valet to update your site to the newest version of October and use PHP 7.

Now that we have done [filtering](http://watch-learn.com/video-tutorials/making-websites-october-cms-part-41-ajax-frontend-filters) and [sorting](http://watch-learn.com/video-tutorials/making-websites-october-cms-part-42-ajax-frontend-sorting) with Octobers Ajax framework, we will add one more feature that will make our UI more approachable. This feature is pagination, because we are showing a lot of items and we don't want to show them all at once.

To do this we are going to use Ajax framework and it's `form update` option to refresh our pages list once the query has changed. As you will see this will be pretty simple once you know how to do it.

In this episode we are going to extend our Ajax filtering system with one more feature, and that is going to be Ajax Pagination, using the October CMS Ajax framework.
