In this quick episode of OctoberCMS tips we are going to take a look at how you can use Mailgun to send emails from your local environment, and also where and how you can change email templates that are sent to your users.
We have already taken a look at how you can send email with OctoberCMS, but in that episode we fumbled around with Gmails SMTP service, and a lot of you reported that that approach is not the best and that it didn’t always work.
So in this episode I’m going to show you how to use Mailgun service with October CMS, to make sending your emails, even from your local environment super easy.
We are also going to take a look at how to change default email templates, and how to create your own.
